This report lists all posted
Job Cost Transactions for an inputed Job Number as well as those Job Cost
transactions that are on open Purchase Orders. The listing of Job Cost
Transactions on open Purchase Orders are shown at the end of the report. (Page
two of the sample report shown).

Job Cost Code P & L Report
This report shows budgeted
and actual Units and Dollars by Cost Code. The report also includes lots of
information about the job including Type, Status, Contract #, Bill Method
Status Date, Contract Date, The Estimator, Manager Revenue to date and Billed
to date. The report is very easy to read because it has one line for each Cost
Code.

Job Cost Code Profitability Report
The report is a Job Cost Monthly
Profit and Loss report that shows Job Revenue and Expenses to arrive at profit
for all jobs for a selected date range. The report is sorted by Manager and Job
Number.

Job Profit Report by Period
This is a Job Profit report
that shows Job Revenue and Expenses for Material, Labor and Overhead. The
report allows you to enter a range of dates for the current period, job period
and a job number.
